Dear Valued Customer,

As a part of our commitment to remain on the leading edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce we have upgraded our Online Banking Website, including our bill payment service. Our new system will help us continue to provide the service you have come to expect, offering the most up-to-date products and services, while better enabling us to protect your confidential information by using enhanced authentication procedures.

We want you to be aware of these changes and ask you to read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you little disruption. We have outlined the affected services and temporary limitations below.

Online Banking Access – Access the new Online Banking site from our web site, www.pinnaclebank-fl.com, and entering your credentials within the appropriate fields.

Passwords – When you first logon to the new Online Banking system, you will enter your default password, which you will enter by combining your zip code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Example: 327630000. Once you have logged on, you will be prompted to change your password. Password requirements for the new system must contain at least eight characters, one number, one special character (!@#$%&*?), one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter. Your current User ID will remain the same.

Advanced Login Authentication – We will offer increased security for your online transaction with our new system. At your first login, and any additional logins from an unrecognized device or IP address, we will prompt you to request that an authentication code be either sent to a phone number on record with us or via SMS text for you to enter and then continue to view your accounts.

eStatements- You will be able to enroll to receive your account statement electronically, via your Online Banking Account, eliminating your paper statement.

Duplicate Recurring Payments- Recurring payments to the same payee with the same account number will not be processed. The frequency of the payments must be changed to bi-weekly, semi-monthly or a series of individual payments should be set up.

Email Address Verification– We recommend you log in to your current Online Banking Account and verify that your e-mail address and your home and cell phone numbers are correct. After logging in, click on Account Services and select the Update Email Address option to see the address we currently have on file. Repeat with phone numbers.

Online Transaction History- You will have transaction history available to you within the new Online Banking system.
